Mary Huber

Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Bird Huber, 41, of Jumping Branch passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 unexpectedly at home following a short illness.

Born January 5, 1980 in Hinton she was the daughter of Teresa Conner Bird and Ray Alderman of Jumping Branch and the late James Richard Bird.

Beth was a graduate of Summers County High School. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation. Beth loved staying home, reading (especially Harry Potter) and loving on her children.

Other than her father, she was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Lucille and Don Bird; maternal grandparents, Rose and Jackie Conner; one aunt, Donna Bird Meador and four uncles, Jackie Conner, Larry Conner, Wayne Conner and Timmy Conner.

Besides her mother and stepfather, those left to cherish her memory include three children, Raquel Huber of Beckley, Malachi Treadway of Jumping Branch and Malik Hines of Jumping Branch; special aunt, Nina Harrah of Beckley; special uncle, Lonnie Conner of Jumping Branch; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Per Beth’s wishes her body has been cremated and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
