Claude Hogle Jr.

Claude Richard Hogle Jr., 78, of Hinton, formerly of Grand Rapids, MI went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 24, 2021 following injuries from an automobile accident.

Born May 17, 1942 in Flint, MI, he was a son of the late Claude Hogle Sr. and Dorothy Wing Hogle.

Claude was a member of Freedom Baptist Church at Powleys Creek. He was an employee of the City of Ormond Beach, FL Public Water Company with 30 years of service. Claude enjoyed woodworking, working part time as a locksmith and spending time with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Lynda.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Nancy Jane Cooper Holbert Hogle; one sister, Marilyn Holmgren; several brother and sisters in law, nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Freedom Baptist Church at Powleys Creek with Pastor John Offenberger officiating. Friends may call from 12:30 P.M. until time of services on Tuesday at the church. At Claude’s request his body has been cremated.
