Willie Eldredge ?Old Timer? Bragg, 82, of Jumping Branch, died Sunday, January 2, 2004. Born May 22, 1922 at Abraham, he was a son of the late Willie Hazzard and Mary Elsie Plumley Bragg. Eldredge was a retired Diesel Mechanic, he worked at Basham?s Garage for over 30 years. He attended the Bluestone Baptist Church at Jumping Branch. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Jo Ann Garrett Bragg, one sister, Rita Bragg and a son-in-law, Benny Allen Spade. Survived by one daughter, Debra Adkins and husband George of Westfield, IN; a granddaughter, Heather Spade and fiancee`, Anthony Adkins of Pipestem and their children, Dominic Noell, Megan Leannea, and Madison Taylor, a grandson Benny Spade and Wife Christy of Forest Hill and their children David Austin Eldredge and Dalton Levi Ashby and a granddaughter, Benita Feldmann and husband Kory of Westfield IN and their children Makayla Faith and Alexander James. Also surviving is one brother, Ralph Bragg of Bragg WV; two sisters, Vella Harper of Bragg and Eva Wilbur and husband Bob of Columbia, SC and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the Bluestone Baptist Church at Jumping Branch with Pastor Bill Fox officiating. Burial will follow in the Lilly-Crews Cemetery at Nimitz. Friends may call at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors in Hinton from 6-9 P.M. Wednesday and at the Church one hour prior to services. Pallbearers are Benny Spade, Kory Feldmann, Bobby Keaton, Ray Stacey, James Goins and Barry Pack.
Viewing Information: 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral parlor
Funeral Information: 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the Bluestone Baptist Church at Jumping Branch.
