William David Stickler Jr.

William David Stickler Jr., 57, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Sunday, September 13, 2026 at his home following a long illness.

Born October 10, 1968 in Hinton he was a son of the late William David Sr. and Shirley Ann Bennett Stickler.

William was a former timberman and sawmill worker. He loved hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Brigit Gray Stickler; his children, William (Corrine) Stickler, Kaylee (Timmy) Persiani, Joshua (Alexis) Stickler, Caleb (Liberty) Stickler, Lucas Stickler, and Madison Stickler; grandchildren, Carter, Kash, and Haisley; one brother, Dewey (Gail) Stickler; his best friend William Garretson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations of sympathy may be made to the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors at P.O. Box 760 Hinton, WV 25951 to help cover funeral expenses.
