William J. Richmond Jr.

          William J. Richmond Jr., 57, of Daniels passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024 following a sudden illness.

     Born March 9, 1966 at Hinton, he was a son of the late William J. Sr. and Mildred Louise Tanner Richmond.

            He was a former employee of Triple R Recycling Center, a landscaper, and performed many odd jobs for numerous companies. He enjoyed going to the beach, to parks, watching movies, being a caregiver, and spending time at the mountain camp.

            William was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Richmond; and one sister, Linda L. Foster.

            Those left to cherish his memory include; one brother, Robert L. Richmond, his wife Marlena, and their family: Jennifer Jane and husband Josh, Gage and Lilli Riddle; one sister, Nancy McGraw, and husband Charles, and their family: Chasity and Amy Warren, Darren and wife Christy, Aubrey, Jasper, Amanda Jane Warren and fiancé Gavin; close friends; Patricia Ward, Delori Robertson, Paul and Barbara Clay and Family, as well as many more family and friends.

            Funeral services will be at 12:00 pm Saturday, January 13, 2024 with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Family Cemetery at Sunset Mountain. Friends may call from 11:00 am until time of services Saturday at the funeral parlors. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
