William D. Comer Jr., 60, of Lowell was taken from this life on November 8, 2017 following an act of homicide.
Born August 16, 1957 at Waynesboro, VA he was a son of Marie Jackson Comer of Lowell and the late William D. Comer Sr.
William was a member of Pence Springs Community Church. He was a farmer and truck driver who enjoyed camping, trapping and farming.
William was preceded in death by one brother, Steven D. Comer.
Besides his mother those left to cherish his memory include one brother, Joshua Comer of Lowell and one sister, Anita Comer of Riverside Rest.
A private graveside service was held at the Keller Presbyterian Church Cemetery at Lowell on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. with Pastor Roger Persinger officiating.
Pallbearers were Joshua Comer, Michael Chapman, Stacy Jones, Greg Jones, Mike Palmer and Jimmy Frazier.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family at P.O. Box 760, Hinton, WV 25951.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
