Virginia "Jenny" Wills, 81, went home to be with the Lord Monday, December 24, 2018 at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born August 15, 1937 at Jumping Branch she was a daughter of the late Geter R. and Hazel Pauline Harvey Lilly.
Jenny was a member of the Little Bluestone Primitive Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, flower gardening and housekeeping. Jenny was a loving and faithful mother, sister and wife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lee Wills; three sisters, Peggy Lilly, Carol Cales and Mary Lilly and one brother, Charles Richard "Sonny" Lilly.
Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Brenda Lee Wills of Nimitz; four brothers, Ronnie Lilly and wife Judy of Jumping Branch, John Lilly of Jumping Branch, Jimmy Dale Lilly and wife Norma of Jumping Branch and Bobby Lilly of Madams Creek; one brother in law, Tinker Cales of Jumping Branch; brother and sister in law, Jim and Margaret Ruffing of Bellevue, OH; beloved cats, Maxey, Serenity and Bella and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Elder Tommy Pack officiating and Howard Vest to deliver musical inspiration. Burial will follow in the George Lilly Cemetery at Jumping Branch. Friends may call from noon until time of services on Saturday at the funeral parlors.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
