Sandi Panicucci, 55, of Sandstone formerly of Leighton, PA passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at VAMC Beckley following a long illness.
Born December 26, 1961 at Leighton, PA she was a daughter of Elsa Schmitt Kerschner of Leighton, PA. Sandi was a U.S. Army Veteran and a former employee of the State of South Dakota Geological Department. She enjoyed writing and horseback riding.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Ronald Panicucci; children, Erika Panicucci of South Dakota, Crystal Richmond and husband Michael of Sandstone and Kevin Panicucci of VA; five grandchildren, Leah and Lindsey Irving, Troy Andersen, Dylan and Bailey Richmond all of Sandstone; siblings, Belle Dickey, Jeff Kerschner and Ira Kerschner; half brother, Larsen Kerschner and half sister, Katelyn Kerschner.
At Sandi's request there will be no visitation and a private family service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
