Ruth Taylor

Ruth K. Taylor, 61, of Jumping Branch, died Friday, March 17, 2006 at the Raleigh General Hospital at Beckley, following a sudden illness. Born May 1, 1944 at Brady, WV, she was the daughter of the late William â??Billâ?? and Beulah Lewis. Ruth was a loving wife and mother, she was a homemaker and had worked as a teachersâ?? aide while in New Jersey. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Lewis. Survived by her husband, Michael G. Taylor at home, two sons, Michael Ray Taylor of Philadelphia, PA and William E. â??Billâ?? Taylor of Wilmington, NC, two brothers, David and Steve of Chicago, IL, a sister, Carol of Wisconsin and two grandchildren. Friends may call at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, March 21, 2006. At her request, following visitation, her body will be cremated and her ashes interred in the family cemetery at Brady, WV. In Lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy should be made to the Friends of the Summers Co. Public Library, 201 Temple St., Hinton, WV 25951.
