Ralph Howerton Jr.

          Ralph Howerton Jr., 68 of Judson went home to be with the Lord Thursday, August 31, 2023.

          Born September 23, 1954 at Cincinnati, OH he was a son of the late Ralph C. Sr. and Goldie Haynes Howerton.

     Ralph was a truck driver, a mechanic and a roofer. He loved old cars, fishing, cookouts and country music.  Ralph was a prankster who loved his grandchildren and never met a stranger.

     He was preceded in death by one daughter, Pamela Ann Howerton; one brother, Jerry Eugene Howerton Sr. and one sister, Donna Lynn Howerton Santiago.

     Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 49 years, Eleanor Ann Howerton; one son, Ralph Howerton III; one daughter, Becky Lynn Manis and husband Art; three grandchildren, Michael Ralph Howerton, Kayla Lynn Manis and Joshua Jacob Manis II; five siblings, Carol Howerton Huber, Charlene Howerton Adams, Phyllis Howerton Landin and husband Ronnie, Terry Lee Howerton and wife Sherry and Donald Bud Howerton and wife Michelle and many other family members and friends.

     Memorial services will be 1:00 P.M. Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the Church of the Living God at Madams Creek with Pastor Ron Iddings officiating.  There will be no visitation at Ralph’s request and his body has been cremated.
