Nancy Jean Martin, 70 of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at her home following a short illness.
Born May 21, 1944 at Hinton she was the daughter of the late William and Rosie Gill Steers. Nancy was of the holiness faith, she loved listening to gospel music, going to church and spending time with family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Everett Martin; three brothers, William Steers, Charles Steers and John Steers; one sister, Christina Adkins and three infant sisters.
Survived by one brother, James Steers and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Ron Iddings officiating. Burial will follow in Steers Family Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 am until service time on Tuesday.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
