Marjorie Osborne Waid, 91, of Folsom, LA passed away peacefully, Monday, August 3, 2015.
Born July 28, 1924 in Hinton, she was a daughter of the late George and Addie Hoke Osborne.
Marjorie was a member of Women of the Moose. She was a clerical worker who enjoyed playing piano and spending time with family and friends. She was of the Methodist faith.
Marjorie was preceded in death by one brother, George Elbert Osborne and two sisters, Lucille Osborne Richardson and Naomi Imogene Osborne.
Those left to cherish her memory include six children, Ronald Edward Waid and companion Rita of IL, Teresa Waid Balonick of LA, Michael George Waid and wife Lin of IL, Debra Lynn Waid of LA, Keith Allen Waid and wife Sue of NM and Russell Edward Waid III and wife Peggy of KY; ten grandchildren ; four great-grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with the Pastor Melissa White officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Burial Park. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.
Sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
