Margaret Naomi (Fox) Furrow of Marie, WV passed away peacefully at Glenwood Park in Princeton, WV on Sunday, July 26, 2020 with her family by her side, holding her hand and singing Amazing Grace.

In 1952 she married the love of her life, Dewey Furrow, who preceded her in death along with a son, Jackie Furrow; a daughter, Bonnie (Furrow) Meadows; brothers, Howard, Darrell (Doc), William, Dave, Roger, Donald, and Bob Fox and a sister, Francis Dillion.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Phil and wife Goldie Furrow and Jeff and wife, Mary Furrow; daughters, Vickie and husband Frankie Bennett and Kay and husband Tom Diggs; grandchildren, Keith Meadows, Robin Meadows Harrison, Wendy Meadows Gillespie, Heather Montealegre Diggs, Andrea Diggs, Jerome Furrow, Nicole Furrow Davis, Kim Bennett Smith, Scott Bennett, Nick Bennett, Karlee Furrow and Adriana Horton; great grandchildren Brookes, Briar, Logan, Conner, Jackie, Kissiah, Madison, Julianna, Emilio, Harley, Kalyn, Kaden, Opal, Belluh and Freddy; great great granddaughter, Nirvana; sister, Louise Boggs and brothers, Ashby, Gerald, Cecil, Danny and Steve Fox.
Margaret was a loving hardworking housewife, mother, and a true lover of Jesus. She spent much time reading her Bible and worshiping with her church family at War Ridge Freewill Baptist Church. Margaret’s door was always open to many friends and family who dropped by for a few minutes or stayed a few nights. She was a wonderful cook who frequently shared her delicious meals and many desserts
with those who dropped by, were sick or she felt just needed a cake, banana nut bread or one of her other favorite recipes. Although Margaret’s love, care, strength and devotion will be missed her family rejoices in her confidence as she said many times, “I know where I’m going. You all never have to worry about me”.
Unfortunately, services cannot be as she would have wanted them, a gathering of many loving friends and family members. For the safety of the family and community the funeral service will be private with Pastor Tony Hinkle and Scott Bennett officiating. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends that would like to view the service may do so at https://youtu.be/8oKSiCALDtI at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
