Margaret Baylor

Margaret Jacqueline (Peggy Jack) Baylor, 88, passed away on July 13, 2017. Peggy was born December 18, 1928, in Hinton, WV. She was the daughter of Mattie Jean Clinebell of Hinton, WV and the late Garnet (Jack) Winfield.
Peggy graduated from Hinton High School in 1946. She retired from the C&O Railroad. Peggy was a lifetime member of the Miller Memorial Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Peggy will be remembered by many in the community for her generosity and thoughtfulness.
Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Richard P. Baylor.
She is survived by two daughters: Jessica Johnson Holiday and husband Guy of Forest Hill and Jennifer Baylor Willey and husband Arthur (Cubby) of Niceville, FL.; two brothers Thomas (Tommy) Clinebell, of Hinton and Richard (Hubby) Clinebell, of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Robin J. Williford of West Fork, AR, Tiffany L. Richardson of Beckley, Cameron Jean and Zachary Cole Willey of Niceville, FL and three great-grandsons, Ashton and Blake Richardson and Elliott Shumate.
