Magdalene Ruth (Meador) Clark, 91, of Ellison Ridge, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at her home.
Born July 2, 1927 at Ellison, she was the daughter of the late Auzle and Cinda Meador.
Magdalene was a homemaker and a member of the Mountain Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Kathern Jennings and a brother, Son Meador and a grandson, Jamie Clark.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 72 years, Gaston Clark at home; four sons, Marvin Clark of Beckley, James Clark of Ellison, Larry Clark (Peggy) of Ellison and Darrell Clark (Bonnie) Of Maple Fork; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; a sister, Ruby Maloney of Beckley and two brothers, Junior and Paul Meador both of Beckley.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the Clark Family Cemetery with Pastor Junior Plumley officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery from 1:30 P.M. until time of services. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
The family wishes to thank PCH Home Health and Hospice of Southern WV for the special care shown to Magdalene during her illness.
