Lloyd Robert Hutchinson, 52, of Hinton, formerly of Arlington, IN, died Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 8:00 P.M. at the Summers Co. Continuous Care Center at Hilldale, following a long illness. Born August 12, 1952, at Rushville, IN, he was a son of Mrs. Mytle May Cardot Hutchinson of Rushville, IN and the late Carl M. Hutchinson. He was a member of St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Hinton, a former member of the Summers Co. ARH Auxillary, and a former employee of Highlawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. Lloyd received his Bachelors Degree in Education from Indiana Wesylan University and an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He had taught school in the Indiana School System and was an accountant for Hutchinson and Son?s Grain Elevator. He was an accomplished Pianist and Vocalist. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife of 18 years, Goldie E. Beckner Hutchinson at home, one brother, Lance Hutchinson of Arlington, IN, two brother-in-laws, William E. Beckner and Kenneth A. Beckner both of Arlington, IN, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlor Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Samuel Simuzoshya officiating. Following services, the body will be cremated. Friends may call at the funeral parlor from 6-9 P.M. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to the Summers Co. Hospital Auxillary, the Indiana Wesylan University School of Nursing. Members of the Summers Co. EMS will serve as honorary pallbearers.
