Lisa Ernestine Blackburn, 47, of Rupert formerly of Hinton went home to be with the Lord October 29, 2017 due to a sudden illness.
Born June 20, 1970 in Hinton she was a daughter of George and Nellie Meadows Blackburn.
Besides her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Richmond.
She is survived by four children, Robert Payne Jr. of Princeton, George Payne and companion Ashley Sears of Hinton, Gregory Oney and Hailee Walker both of Rupert; four grandchildren, Jordon Payne of NC and Braeden, Khali and Pyper Payne of Hinton; eight sisters, Ginger, Georgia, Debbie, Jenny Marie, Kathy, Janie, Vicky and Teresa; five brothers, Larry, George Jr., Eddie, Dorsey and Billy Blackburn; several nieces, nephews and friends of Hinton and Rupert.
Visitation of family and friends will be from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. Friday, November 3, 2017 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel where a memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. by Pastor John Offenburger. Cremation will follow at Lisa's request.
