During the moments that the rare and unique blue moon appeared in the sky on May 31st, 2026- Julie, 66, passed away at home after battling a sudden illness.

Julie and her husband, Mike, recently relocated from their hometown in Crestline, Ohio to a mountain home in Hinton, West Virginia.

She is preceded in death by her brother Dave; fathers, Dale Morey and Jim Engle; In-laws, Orville (Patricia) Shindeldecker; along with several aunts, uncles and distant family members/ friends.

Sharing the loss and grief with her husband are Julie's daughter and son-in-law Jason and Sheri (McMichael) Young; grandson, Orion Sweat; mother, Mary Anne (Scheid) Englep; siblings, Lue Morey, Rob (Nyoka) Morey, Steve (Kim) Morey, Mark (Linda) Morey; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She leaves us with the memories, smiles, wisecracks and pieces of our hearts that can only belong to her.

Tears of joy that Julie is in a place with no pain or suffering, in a world full of flower gardens and happiness.
