Judy Ellen Farley, 76, of Manning, SC went home to be with the Lord Monday, September 7, 2026 at her home following a short illness.

Born December 27, 1947 in Fayetteville, WV she was a daughter of the late Floyd Washington and Goldie Mae Suttle Blevins.

Judy was a retired truck driver and a member of Teamsters Local 175. She enjoyed playing bingo, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, James Clifford Farley; three brothers, Leonard, Floyd Gaylen and Harold James Blevins and three sisters, Patricia Sisk, Shirley Plumley and Juanita Young.

Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, James Clifford Farley II and wife Michelle and Jesse Farley and wife Joann; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four sisters, Virginia Wills, Freda Graham and husband Mitchell, Mary Underwood and husband Cecil and Brenda Wood and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 13, 2026 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Danny Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Farley Cemetery at Madams Creek. Visitation will be from 12:30 until time of services on Sunday at the funeral parlors. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
