Joseph Samuel Brown, 50, of Jumping Branch died November 14, 2016 at 6:40 A.M. at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born November 15, 1965 in East Chicago, IL he was a son of Gordon and Nancy J. South Brown of Salt Lake City, UT.
Joseph was a master diesel mechanic at Ramey Ford in Princeton who enjoyed fishing, boating, playing guitar and taking care of his family.
Other than his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his fiancé, Cathy Greer and children, Benjamin, Paul, Matthew, Catey, Emily and Caison; three brothers, Gordon Jackson Brown III, Robert Allen Brown and Gary Lindsey Brown; three sisters, Karen Eyre, Lori Lee Bagnara and Susan Jolly and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Jeff Canterbury officiating. Burial will follow in the Restwood Memorial Gardens near Hinton. Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral parlors.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
