Jerry Graham

Jerry Lee "Henry" Graham Sr. 59, of Elk Knob went home to be with the Lord Wednesday January 25, 2017 at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation following a long illness.
Born April 18, 1957 at Summers County he was a son of the late Beechy and Thelma Sears Graham.
Jerry attended Elk Knob Baptist Church. He was a US Army Veteran and had served in the National Guard. He was a coalminer, timberman and knuckle boom operator as well as a former employee of Silo Ice. Jerry enjoyed fishing, hunting, ginseng hunting, four wheeling and was an avid outdoorsman who loved spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 37 years, Sue Ward Graham; two sons, Jerry "Lil Henry" Graham and wife Rebekah of Jumping Branch and Roy Lee Graham and fiancé Crystal Goode of War Ridge; one brother, James "Tank" Sears and wife Wanda of Elk Knob and one sister, Cathy Mooney and husband Jim of Fayetteville, NC. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Monday, January 30, 2017 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Benny Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Upland Cemetery. Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Sunday at the funeral parlors.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
