Jennifer Lynn “Jenny” Woodrum, 48, of Dayton, OH formerly of Hinton, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton following a brief illness.

Born October 5, 1977 in Hinton she was a daughter of Jerry “Butch” and Betty Woodrum of Hinton.

Jenny graduated with honors from WV Wesleyan College with Bachelors Degrees in Mathematics and Religion. She later completed her Masters in Acquisition from Central Michigan University. In June 2025, Jenny retired as an Operations Research Analyst at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She enjoyed road trips, crafting, attending concerts, collecting Hall China, and spending time with her family, friends and her dog “Chloe”. Jenny was a genuinely sweet soul who will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved her.

Besides her parents those left to cherish her memory include one sister, Lesley Sears and husband Tom; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and a host of friends too numerous to mention.

There will be no service and a private family burial will be held at a later date.
