Janet Cochran

July 12, 1943 — September 6, 2017

Janet Ann Cochran, 74, of Princeton went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family following a short battle with leukemia.
Born July 12, 1943 at Big Creek she was a daughter of the late James Ballard and Dorothy Jean Cales Hall.
Janet was a member of New Hope Church of the Nazarene. She was a homemaker and a childcare provider. She enjoyed church activities, choir, music and spending time with her family, friends and her beloved dog, Champ.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Chester Cochran and one granddaughter, Melissa Basham.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Ralph Cochran and wife Patty of Princeton, Greg Cochran and wife Stephanie of Clarksburg, Lisa Marshall of Toledo, OH and Kevin Cochran and wife Rebecca of Princeton; adopted daughter, Michelle Artripe of Toledo, OH; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a host of family whom she loved dearly; one sister, Nancy Keatley and husband Hank of Big Creek and one brother, Jerry Hall and wife Donna of Genoa, OH.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M Saturday, September 9, 2017 at New Hope Church of Nazarene with Pastor Eddie Crews officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery at Powley's Creek. Friends may call from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. Friday at the church.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to New Hope Church of Nazarene. The family requests that no roses be sent to the service.

Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
