Helen Marie Settle, 87, of Talcott died Friday, December 29, 2017 at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital following a long illness.
Born March 24, 1929 at Madams Creek she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Goldie Bolen Lilly.
Helen was of the Holiness faith. She was a wife, mother and everything everyone needed at all times.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, James Emmett Settle and a daughter, Jayne Ellen.
She is survived by her children, Barbara Reynolds of Talcott, Beverley Justice and husband Ralph of Shelby, NC and James Settle and wife Susie of Margate, FL; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Alderson Cemetery at Alderson. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral parlors on Tuesday.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
