Harold "Eddie" Richmond Jr.

Harold “Eddie” Richmond Jr., 39, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital following a long illness.

Born November 12, 1985 in Hinton, he was a son of Paula G. Kirk Richmond of Oak Hill and the late Harold E. Richmond Sr.

Eddie was a former cook at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR, playing guitar, making die casts, rebuilding cars and spending time with his family.

Besides his father, Eddie was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold and Mona Richmond.

Besides his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 7 years, Brianna Lyons Richmond; three children, Gracie Richmond, Dean Richmond and Brenton Richmond and his maternal grandparents, Alice and Jerome Kirk.

At Eddie’s request there will be a private family service at a later date. In lieu of flowers pleas make donations to Fresenius Dialysis Center at 160 Springhaven Drive, Princeton, WV 24740.
