Harold "Eddie" Edward Richmond

            Harold “Eddie” Edward Richmond, 58, of Hinton went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2022 surrounded by family following a short illness.

            Born August 27, 1963 in Hinton he was the son of Harold Dean “Hopi” and Mona Gaye Wills Richmond of Hinton.  A lifelong resident of Summers County he worked as a Aerial Tramway Supervisor at Pipestem State Park for many years. Eddie was a great man, friend, father, and husband.  He loved and enjoyed life by riding his motorcycle, watching nascar races, and spending time with family.

            Besides his parents those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 38 years, Paula G. Kirk Richmond of Hinton; son, Harold E. Richmond and wife Brianna of Hinton; three beautiful grandchildren that he loved dearly, Gracie, Dean, and Brenton Richmond; sister, Linda Bennett and husband Mike of Hinton; brother, Dean Rose of Tennessee and multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.

            Per Eddie’s request he will be cremated and there will be no funeral services.
