Gregory Wayne Lane Sr.

 Gregory Wayne Lane Sr., 60, of Talcott went home to be with the Lord on Monday July 8, 2024, at his home following a long illness.

 Born September 26, 1963, in Hinton, he was a son of the late Sammy Lane and Judy Craft Lane Presley and stepfather, Carroll D. Presley.

 Greg was a heavy equipment operator who loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 He was preceded in death by one brother, Robert “Dink” Lane.

 Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 43 years, Victoria “Vickie” Naylor Lane; one daughter, Diana Lane Cook; one son, Gregory Lane Jr.; seven grandchildren; Emily and Zech Willey, Ethan and Elizabeth Cook, Gregory, Shawna, Rachel, and Madison Lane; two great grandchildren, Sophia and Sadie Willey; siblings, Frank Lane, Jeff Lane, Bobby Presley, Timmy Presley, and Denny Presley; sister-in-law, Regina Lane; goddaughter, Chelsea Sprouse; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Greg’s life will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, July 12, 2024 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton. Following the visitation, at Greg’s request, his body will be cremated.
