Ellen Hall

Ellen Arnott Hall, 92, of Beckley, formerly of Richmond, VA, died at 6:25 P.M. Sunday, May 1, 2005 at the Raleigh General Hospital at Beckley, following a long illness.Born May 22, 1912 at Greenville, WV, she was a daughter of the late John Wesley and Idora Jane Weikle Arnott. Member of the Calvary United Methodist Church at Richmond, VA, she was a former school teacher in WV and had worked in the insurance industry in Richmond VA. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Hall, four brothers, Henry, Herschel, Harry and Wheeler Arnott. She is survived only by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Richmond, VA with Pastor Doug Akers officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery at Richmond. Friends may call at the church from noon until funeral time Wednesday.
