Deborah Y. Triplett 49, of True died Tuesday, August 02, 2005 at her home following a courageous bout with cancer. Born December 15, 1955 in Hinton, she was the daughter of Betty Edwards Spangler Ellison of True and the late Woodrow Spangler. Debbie was a former manager of Bob Evans Restaurant. She was an avid football fan who enjoyed cooking team meals for Symmes Valley, River Valley, and Oak Hill football teams in Ohio where her husband had been a coach. Debbie loved cooking, traveling, canoeing, working with wood and most of all raising her two sons and spoiling her husband. She graduated from Hinton High School in 1974 and was a member of the James Chapel United Methodist Church. Besides her father she was preceded in death by her brother Timothy Spangler and her step father Herschel Ellison. Besides her mother she is survived by her husband of 27 years, Merril Triplett Jr.; two sons, Jeremiah Micheal Triplett 26, and Thomas Russell Triplett 21, both of Ironton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday August 4, 2005 at the James Chapel United Methodist Church at True with Pastor Tommy Mounts officiating. Burial will follow in the Spangler Cemetery at True. Friends may call from 6-9 P.M. Wednesday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton and at the Church one hour prior to service. Jeremiah Triplett, Tom Triplett, Bill Triplett, Woody Spangler, Jacob Spangler and Keith Spangler will serve as pallbearers. Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton
