Darrell Lee Carr, 42, of Hilldale passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at his home.
Born May 16, 1967 in Beckley he was a son of Darrell McGinnis Carr and Peggy Lou Collins Carr of Hilldale. A member of the 1987 Class of Hinton High School, Lee loved spending time with his grandsons, nieces and nephew; he was an avid football fan and outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.
Survived by two sons, Cory Thomas Carr and Andrew Lee Carr both of Hilldale; one daughter, Shelley L. Carr of Hilldale; two grandsons, Matthew and Michael Carr both of Hilldale; two sisters, Lisa McBride and husband Timothy of Pipestem and JoAnn Lilly and husband David of Brooks and three nieces; Ashley and Heather McBride and Megan McGraw, and one nephew, Derick Lilly.
At his request there will be no public memorial service.
