Clark Dunn, 64, of Meadow Creek formerly of Boston, MA passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Bower's Hospice House following a battle with lung cancer.
Born February 12, 1952 at Clayton, GA he was a son of the late Abraham and Nancy Isaac Dunn.
Clark served his country as a US Marine for three years. He was an avid NFL Patriots fan. Clark enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Abraham Dunn and Thomas Herbert Dunn and a granddaughter, Jordynn Long.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 38 years, Kathy Curran Dunn at home; children, Kerrin M. Curran and wife Jean of Boston, MA, Justin A. Curran of Boston, MA, Katelyn Curran of Boston, MA and Jeff Long and wife Pam of VA; ten grandchildren, Jessica Driscoll, Ashley Driscoll, Shayla Wallace, Maggie Curran, Lana Curran, Scott Joseph Griffin, Tyler Ambrose Griffin, Nolan Curran, Jeff Long Jr. and Jacob Long; two great grandsons, Nathan Griffin and Declan Griffin; six sisters, Betty Vandall, Barb Dunn, Sue Smith and husband John, Linda Dunn, Mary Case and husband Charles and Cathy Dunn and one brother, John Dunn.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Minister Shirley Sheets officiating. Following the services the body will be cremated at Clark's request.
In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy will be accepted.
