Charles Roley Bemo

Charles Roley Bemo, 81, of Talcott formerly of Konawa, OK went peacefully to join his heavenly family Friday April 3, 2026, at his home following a long illness.

Born February 21, 1945, in Wewoka, OK to the late Richard Allen and Irene Josephine Burgess Bemo. A retired U.S. Marine Corp Gunnery Sgt. with 25 years 10 months and 11 days of service to his country. Employed by the U.S. Postal service until his retirement with 15 years of service. Charles enjoyed playing pool with his friends and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Bernita Whitekiller and Roxie Arlene Bemo Morris and one brother, Ricky Bemo.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 51 years, Veda Ruth Ramsey Bemo; one son, Michael Phillip and one daughter, Jolene Ruth; five grandchildren, Cody Robert, Samantha Leann, Sarah Noel, Charles Anthony and Alex Grace; three great grandchildren, three nephews, Bo Whitekiller, Kip Whitekiller and Eric Morris and numerous cousins.

Cremation services have been entrusted to the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
