Dustin Tuma

Dustin Lee “Chuck” Tuma, 45, of Coal City went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, April 30, 2022 at his home following a sudden illness.

Born February 23, 1977 in Baltimore, MD he was a son of Brian Tuma of MD and Darlene Cook Israel of Coal City and his adoptive parents, the late Okey Thomas and Sylvia Hazel Kincaid Cook.

Dustin was a former brick mason and road construction worker. He enjoyed kayaking and fishing.

Dustin was preceded in death by one brother, Okey Thomas Cook Jr.

Besides his parents, those left to cherish his memory include one daughter; one brother, Glenn Michael Israel of Coal City; one sister, Sherry Bolen and husband Chris of Coal City; one aunt, Beverly Evans and husband Mason of Coal City and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held 12:00 P.M. Monday, May 9, 2022 at Mabscott Holiness Church with Chris Bolen officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of services on Monday at the church. There will be no viewing and his body has been cremated.
