Howard Lee Humphries 69, of Pooler, GA passed away Tuesday June 30, 2015 following a short illness. Born September 29, 1945 in Hinton he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Lacy Crawford Humphries.
A veteran of the United States Navy having worked for many years for B.F. Goodrich.
Survived by one daughter, Crystal Humphries of Pooler, GA.; two stepsons, Michael and James Freber; Grandchildren, Callie Prosser and Chama Humphries as well as his lifelong friend, Betty Freber.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday July 6, 2015 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Crawford Cemetery at Big Creek. Friends may call from 10:00 am until service time on Monday.
